Mein Gott. Thank whatever is in the clouds above for getting us through another season of niceties. Now it is Grump Season. That awkward time between the holidays and Spring dancing just so over Valentines Day and Karneval where everyone is back to being evil again. It was nice and a well deserved break from being shoved on the train or getting a quarter filled warmed Kölsch for touching the deckel. When we all stand outside mushed together for Weinachts Man driving his mulled wine and eating his chopped kale and wurst wir lieben. We didn't fight over the last geschenke papier west of Scotland and we went to church for the first time since 364 days ago in 2018. Now that we are redeemed and saved we can continue to be ruthless. Back to stealing handys and short changing expats at the Flohmarkt. A week out from throwing my split flasche and a Roman candle over to the Nachbarins balkon. Come ye all Deutscher rudeness as there is no need to even try to pretend anymore. The clock has reset and there is grace for cupid and jecks. Otherwise just get on with it. I am used to the most consistent season outside of spargel and endless Winter. I expect nothing less of you.
